Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

    Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale items, are non-returnable. Please check the product description for specific details.

How to Initiate a Return:

    Contact our customer service team at info.hilltoplk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, HillTop will provide a prepaid return label.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. HillTop is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds for Sale Items:

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanging Items:

    If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures that the item you want is available.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 
info.hilltoplk@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your replacement or refund promptly.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation:

    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at 
info.hilltoplk@gmail.com to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
